Sandblasting
Sandblasting represents the best approach to surface treatment in preparation for the application of various coatings. This technological process uses an abrasive medium to remove surface impurities, rust, or coats of paint. Protective coatings readily adhere to metal cleaned up in this manner, providing a longer-lasting rust resistance. We perform pressure and wheel blasting.
Advantages:
- rapid and thorough cleaning of metal and other types of surfaces;
- simultaneous removal of impurities, rust, and paint;
- the possibility of achieving different degrees of surface roughness according to the SIS 05 59 00 standard;
- pressure blasting is suitable for processing tools, wood, polymer plastics, aluminium wheel rims, and other delicate materials;
- wheel blasting is appropriate for heavier and more robust objects: metal components, radiators, forgings, castings…
